Viceroy has partnered with Cape Cod siding to offer another low maintenance siding. Cape Cod siding is Western Canadian Lodgepole Pine, kiln dried, followed with a factory applied two-coat 100% acrylic coating.
It has a 15 year limited warranty against peeling, chalking and blistering.

This pine siding is pressure-treated, using an exclusive process and a non-arsenic based formula allowing Goodfellow to offer a limited lifetime warranty against wood decay. Goodfellow warranties against peeling, cracking and yellowing for 25 years on opaque finish.
