Planning
- We are local area specialists; our team has knowledge of local building restrictions and is familiar with the Townships & Municipalities of the Haliburton Highlands, the Muskokas and surrounding areas, plus our relationships with local area trades and suppliers will prove invaluable
Site Assessment
- A critical element in the design process; our representatives are more than willing to visit your build site in order to gain a better understanding of your lot's unique characteristics and any applicable building restrictions
Architectural Blueprints
- Once you finalize your drawings with our designers, they will be sent in for review by Viceroy's in-house Drafting & Engineering departments
- At the final stage of the design process, you will have architectural blueprints ready to submit to the local authorities for building and septic permit approval
Building Your Dream
- Whether you require a General Contractor to complete your home turn-key or you'd like to have your project finished to your specific completion level - we have builders to suit your needs
- Use your own builder or we can assist with a referral to a local builder - it's your choice!
Delivery Day Co-ordination
- Narrow cottage backroads, water access only, not to worry! Your Algonquin Projects representative will inspect your build site prior to the delivery of your Viceroy package so that come delivery day, there are no surprises
- We will have a representative on site to supervise the delivery of your new Viceroy
Continued Customer Service Support
- Algonquin Projects will be present during the design and construction, as well as for years to come, to provide any assistance you may need regarding your new Viceroy
